When you arrive, our team will greet you and run through your details. We will ask about any concerns you have so we know what to focus on.
Comprehensive exam
A careful examination of your teeth, gums, and mouth. We take any x-rays we need and check for anything that might benefit from attention.
Clear plan
We sit with you and walk through what we found in plain language. Treatment options, timelines, and costs — all explained so you can decide.
Clean & next steps
Where time allows, we do a professional clean. Then we book in your next appointment at a pace that suits you, not us.
What to bring
- ✓Your Medicare card (and your health fund card if you have one)
- ✓A list of any medications you are currently taking
- ✓Any recent x-rays or treatment notes from a previous dentist (if you have them)
- ✓For children: their CDBS eligibility details if applicable
- ✓Yourself, exactly as you are — no judgement, no preparation needed
Health funds & payment
We accept all major health funds and process rebates on the spot using HICAPS. We also offer payment plans for larger treatments — talk to us at your appointment and we can sort something that works for your budget.
